How it works

Ad-Hoc per hour onsite wifi network support work

Some customers actually have everything they need or some things such as they already have ethernet cabling installed and all it requires is a reconfiguration of the existing equipment or adding an additional access point to the network and not a full new install of cabling etc. In such a case this is billed hourly with a travel fee for as many visits as are needed which maybe one for a site survey to assess what is required then a return visit if the work couldnt be carried out same day for instance if new wifi access points need to be ordered.

New WIFI Network Installations

Following a site survey/s and all relevent planning, a full itemised quote is issued to and agreed with by the customer before installation takes place.

Fees + Prices

We charge an hourly rate or a set fee covering all time employed on the customers behalf on and off site including planning and installation etc.

Over the phone estimates can be provided.

After a site survey a full itemised email quote is issued to and agreed with by the customer before installation takes place.

Billing

Once all work is completed we will issue an invoice for payment which is your bill.

This maybe immediately before the engineer leaves or we will email a printable invoice to you generally within 24/48 hours.

All invoices are due for immediate payment as in any normal shop, we do not provide any credit options, we expect customers to pay as promptly as they expect the work to be carried out, which is straight away. All Customers agree to pay same day of invoice issue or within 24 hours maximum, we do not allow 30 days or 30 days from end of month.

We reserve the rite to charge a late payment fee of £5.00 per day after 24 hours from date of issue if the invoice remains unpaid. if an invoice remains unpaid after 21 days a statutory demand for payment would be issued which is a court summonds.

Payment

We only accept payment by free account to account transfer "direct transfer" which you can do via your banks internet banking service or in branch.
