We provide computer printer installation and support services to domestic and commercial customers predominately in Herts, south beds, cambs, east anglia, west essex and london including any town on the London underground and any town/city with a train station in the uk mainland.

We provide configuration of any make and model of computer printer from all the major printer manufacturers including HP, Dell, Canon, Lexmark, Kodak and Brother.

Fees + Prices

£40.00 per hour *max 1 hour - plus travel fee

Travel at 50p per mile each way for car journeys or relevent train, bus, taxi fares - anywhere on london underground is one day travel card.

All travel expenses are quoted fully in advance.

An engineer job timesheet will be presented upon arrival by our engineer which will need to be signed by you the customer and will have the start time. Once all work is complete the finish time will be written onto the timesheet. You the customer agree that you will pay for any time used at an hourly rate of £40.00 per hour which is charged by the hour for the whole hour.

*Generally for 99% of cases all work possible will be carried out in one hour however if you have a slow internet connection or computer issues slowing down our work it may take longer for which if you cannot afford more than a 1 hour fee you need to convey this to us - you will be asked in advance if there is a risk of going over into a second hour.

If upon arriving and you have changed your mind etc without cancelling before we leave you are liable for and will be charged a fee of £40.00 plus travel expenses.

Billing

Once all work is completed we will issue an invoice for payment which is your bill.

This maybe immediately before the engineer leaves or we will email a printable invoice to you within 24/48 hours.

All invoices are due for immediate payment as in any normal shop, we do not provide any credit options unless pre arranged.

Payment

We accept payment by account to account transfer via your banks internet banking service.(Preferred)

We accept payment by direct transfer BACS via walk-in to your branch.

We accept payment in cash. There is an additional surcharge of 2.50 per 100.00 if you pay by cash.

We do not accept credit cards.
We do not accept debit cards.
We do not accept cheques.
We do not accept cash paid in over the counter in branch unless pre arranged and there is a surcharge of 2.50 per 100.00.
